Terms of Service

By creating a BAID X account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use BAID X.

BAID X connects workers, companies, project managers, and businesses in Ghana for hiring, marketplace listings, messaging, and payments. BAID X is a marketplace facilitator — not the employer of workers and not a party to every job unless stated otherwise.

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. Your BAID ID is your platform identity. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Completing your profile and submitting identity documents (including Ghana Card for workers) may be required before full marketplace access. BAID X may approve, reject, or request resubmission. Verification does not guarantee work, payment, or fitness for a particular job.

You must post lawful, truthful listings and communications. No fraud, harassment, discrimination, or misuse of other members' data. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or refuse service for violations.

Wallet funding currently uses Mobile Money transfer to a BAID X account plus payment proof submitted in-app. Credits are applied after admin review — not instantly by card API. Escrow locks funds for jobs, projects, or listings; release, refund, and disputes follow platform rules. BAID X charges a platform commission (currently 15% of escrow gross unless otherwise stated). You are responsible for tax obligations on your earnings.

Withdrawals are processed to the payout method on your verified profile, subject to review, fraud checks, and processing times. BAID X may delay or refuse withdrawals that appear fraudulent or non-compliant.

Messages must relate to legitimate platform use. Do not share illegal content or attempt to circumvent escrow for high-risk transactions when escrow is required.

The platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific job outcomes, or the quality of work between members. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BAID X is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Contact support@baidx.com.
